Oh the original Band Aid song – fabulous. Still love it to bits. And who can’t love Stevie Nicks singing pretty much anything! My fav Christmas album is the Phil Spector one – Darlene Love singing Winter Wonderland – doesn’t get much better! Have a good one Michelle (and family too of course!)

Michelle, I couldn’t let Christmas come and go without wishing you and yours the merriest one yet! I’ve loved all your seasonal posts (the family Christmas pictures from this year and 2002 were just wonderful) but I’ve been in a blurry whirl lately with my daughter and family coming from UK and once they arrived, I’ve been busy playing with my 10 month old grandson whom I’ve met for the first time…what fun! So I have been trying to play catch up with everything in my life. Taking your workshop at VR was one of the nicest things to happen to me this year and your blog is a constant source of joy, discovery, and inspiration. Thank you for making my past year so much brighter. Happy holidays with love and gratitude. xox

Merry Christmas to you all !
The photo on your previous blog is funny ! My kids are about the same age and it’s incredible how they can change so much in 5 years, from cute kids, to lovely “tough” teenagers… I alway thought I was a ” little childrensmom”, but I love to be teenagermom too !
I wish you a lot of enjoying moments with your family now in this Christmasdays, but also in the coming year !
A nice CD I discovered the past few weeks is the music from the movie “les Choristes”.
I never thought that I would like a choir !
I’ve not seen the movie yet, but my friend has and she says it’s really a beautiful film ( on DVD), but the music is gorgeous ! My children laugh at me, but I can listen to the CD several times without getting bored…
The choir is a French childrenschoir. Not especially a Christmas CD, but it feels very Christmas…
We adored Johnny yesterdayevening in the 3th movie of “Pirates of the Caribbean” on DVD ( a Christmaspresent to complete the Johnny Deppcollection), but Sweeney Todd is on our list to go watching in the movies ! I’m curious…
    greetings
    Inge
PS : I’ve been playing with photoshop and used the advices you gave me. It’s all in a beginnersphase but I’m happy with the results : I made tags with it to embellish the presents and made phototransfers on fabric with the altered photo’s.
If you have the time and mind to take a look, I posted a blog on it and some photos.)

Yes, I’d love to get together to see a matinee one day this week or next week. I’d like to see Juno. How about you? Let’s email and see what days are good for the both of us!
