Oh, that last quote is going to stay with me for awhile. Timing is right.
Is that your quote?
Anyway, I won’t know what my leap is today until later. I will blog about it, though, because you’ve inspired me! -
Perfect quotes….leaping into 2 days of fantastic weather and leaping right onto my bike…woo hoo!!!

This is uncanny.
I have lept today…big gigantic leaps. It was the first time since starting to journal that I lost myself in what I was doing. Isn’t that a great feeling? When I wasn’t thinking about what I was doing, I just created! Me? Who would have thought it?
Part of this creating involved another journal…yes you heard me right. I now have two journals on the go. One is a daily one the other is a book of famous quotes. I have had the most fun with this little book today. Anyway more on my blog over the weekend but thanks for this wonderful site…its so inspirational. -
I wasn’t going to but maybe I will….
I have been working on a project that I have thought about for a VERY long time but just didn’t have time to do it until your lastest Crusade got me to thinking about it again and got me motivated. It is not finished yet, but I will take pictures and email them to you tonight…can’t put them on my blog ‘cuz I just don’t have one yet. That will be my leap….
Until later,
Judy -
me, again.
Realized how I’m leaping today! I have made a leap to believe one of my projects may actually be interesting enough to write an article about! So I’m writing about one of the pieces I’ve done, and submitting it to a magazine, with photos. We’ll see how it goes, but that’s quite a leap for me!
I love hearing about other people’s leaps, too. -
Sproinggggg! I am about to leap on to the couch for melting time after a week of parent teacher conferences and a two mile hike with five year olds today.
Michelle, you article in Somerset Digital Studio is outstanding. Very clear friendly instructions (your voice perfectly) – I see that little dot brush dancing the edge of your pictures as well as the red red red rose and others. Page for you above. I want to spend time playing with William Morris clip art CD and making brushes, etc from those images. Very inspiring instructions. I had played bit before but now I am ready to make more sets. Yeehaw! -
Wonderful wise words wrapped around your beautiful designs, just great, Michelle. My leap is to learn how to use a digital camera (don’t laugh, please) xox

To precariously position myself on the edge of what I think I can barely do at least once each day and to really know in my heart that falling is part of the same cycle that spirals us up….I guess I had given this some thought earlier today…love your inspiring post, Michelle…you have a magnificently generous spirit.

I was due to be born on leap day of 1956…but I came the next day.
I would of been 13 today instead of 52 tomorrow!

Someone’s been working serious photoshop/handcrafted/poetic magic….
Well done. Great words to make us STOP.
Just…..stop, and think about that next move.
Should I say that next “Brave” move?

michelle,
love your post! great designs. (as always!) = D
just wanted to say that my mother-in-law’s b-day is today
and she is younger than me!!! so unfair! = /
ps – it would be rather cool to have a b-day every 4 years, eh? ; D -
Fantastic quotes, Michelle. I’ve been inspired this year to leap into the unknown, out of my comfort zone and into new, sometimes uncomfortable, many times feeling very isolated, but none the less interesting zone. I’m learning a lot and starting to enjoy new things. Thanks for the inspiration!!!I needed it.

I guess my leap will be into the great unknown…! I am going to the yearly great big ART faire (I never actually see everything, it is too big) and it usually inspires me tremendously. I see new techniques, that I must try out or I talk with artists who inspire me (like you, Michelle) or I have things to research and google, when I get back home. So, in a couple of hours, I’ll leap into this storm raging over Schwartzwald (the black forest) and fight my way towards ART 🙂

Took the leap to start a new diet and exercise regimen on leap day….and threw my name in the hat to help design a new tshirt for a animal shelter fundraiser….

My leap for today? A big one! I am committing myself to doing Julia Cameron’s “The Artist’s Way” twelve week programme. Morning pages, artist dates with myself, the whole thing. Scared AND excited.

Part of my blog for the latest Crusade says “I feel like this page has really LEPT ahead of my other journal pages” – Isn’t that interesting ?!?!?!?
I have always been a fan of the saying “You can’t cross a chasm in two small leaps”. Funny and inspiring.
I love your blue/black page with the saying about a thin line between being brilliantly creative and acting like a gigantic idiot – so what the hell, LEAP. Ahh… how many times have I made an idiot of myself? – let me count the ways.
Thanks again for sharing your ideas and thoughts combined with your amazing art. And thanks for your gorgeous comments on my blog.

These are really brilliant and inspiring quotes. Here I go….I’m taking a leap. Ux

Good quotes, Michelle. How’s your family feeling this week?

I love the quotes.
And… just to let you know…
you inspired me!
I am in the process of my own, “Pandora’s Box” project.

great quotes, love ’em all…are you a fan of Cynthia Heimel? i think she’s hilarious! btw, did you get my email about the spray paint article?
-
I am something of a collector of quotes and can certainly appreciate these you’ve shared. Very fitting for many, it seems. I too have begun taking leaps, starting a blog and sharing with the world was a huge one for me. I don’t know how I recently came to discover your blog but am glad to have found it.

These were wonderful quotes , loved them AND the gorgeous gothic font you used on a couple. I’m gaining speed on the leaps – still hop-hop-hopping along right at the moment.
Industrious hopping should count , right?! Sometimes a girls got to get a little momentum going!
Some of the hoppage involved another email to you re: your stamps , and the fervent hope I’m not making you nuts lol. I SWEAR I’m not looking to be your newest penpal – just looking for information!
