Don’t you admire passion?  At it’s core, no matter what the subject, passion has power.  Power to motivate, to influence, to make a difference.  Monica has been a poster child for passion – passion to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.  You know I love enthusiasm and THIS girl has it.  And the doll?  Well, she is stitched with love and hope and enthusiasm that the momentum keeps moving toward a cure.  I cannot imagine the hours that went into creating her.  I’m guessing PASSION kept her going.  To see more about Love Squared, visit HERE.

    Passion keeps us going … in spite of all sorts of disappointments and Resistance that are inevitably present in any and all of our pursuits, passion scoops us back up and nudges us forward. Passion’s direction is forward (not backward), which is why it’s so powerful and attractive. The sun’s up … my kids are up … time to get ready and move … yup … forward. Love you.

    Michelle, I believe my ears are still ringing from the scream I let out when you joined in! Delighted and very excited about the growing list of PASSIONATE participants that signed up. I found a journal entry that said how happy I was to have 20 members signed on (thanks to you for inspiring those journal pages, ah ha moment for sure)…. the final number joggled my brain. Just amazing!
    Thank you for this lovely post, but you know I keep saying it and MEAN IT that this doll is as much yours, ours as it is mine.
