How cool is that? I will NEVER look at the color pink the same again…..yesterday i saw a set of farberware kitchenware in pink, and thought of you and Shannon.

Awesome! That’s a lovely writeup in the newsletter. I hope they distribute the remaining socks to patients or to charity. They can do a lot of good with socks!

I have a whole new relationship with Pink.
I’m loving the way that you’ve documented this whole project in Shannon’s memory. It’s the perfect example of Small Steps leading to VERY big things. It reminds me that Shannon had HUNDREDS of new friends in those final weeks and YOU have the same people here for you, surrounding you with love and support, long distance and close.

My heart is filled up with so much love for the *pink wink* outcome. You really do make a difference Michelle and it is wonderful to see how you opened your arms to give so many others the opportunity to make a difference as well. You and the lovelies who participated are simply lovely.

WOW! It just keeps getting better. I smile every time I come over to visit.
Totally off the subject, I just reconnected with an old college friend of mine, Anne-Marie, who is friends with you. Small world!

Hey girl…I haven’t been around much, but wanted you to know I was thinking of you. I bought pink socks to send, and missed the deadline. I tried to come up with a clever way to use them in Shannon’s memory. I think I will give a pair to each of my girls, and have them read about your sister (which should remind them to appreciate each other)…and when I see them wearing the socks, I too will think of you and Shannon! PS: My Mom used to work at Fairview!
