collaborating

The current issue of Somerset Studio is on the shelves.  You'll see my friend Lynne and I each swapped our regular columns to collaborate on an article:  Far Away Places.  It's a subject we love and we enjoyed exploring it with words and visuals for the publication, and we are co-hosting two workshops in Connecticut this May on the same theme.  It's going to be a wonderful experience to work together, and share our passion for making cool stuff with fellow creatives.  Come away with us!

I have got to find a place so that these wonderful journeys can happen in Canada and maybe in the province of Quebe!

I so wish I could do that workshop! But we will be going to a real Far Away Place (Germany – yay!) around that time, so I will content myself with the magazine feature and maybe use some of your techniques to journal our trip.

I just love seeing two amazing artist’s take on the same theme…both are so different, but both are so brilliantly beautiful. I LOVE the “sun” with the village as rays! As I said once before, you and Lynne are a dream team and that workshop will be unforgettable for those lucky students. xox

So beautiful, I am just drooling on my screen. Someday I will take one of these classes. In the mean time, I put lots of your projects on my inspiration wall. I love the combination of colors and graphics, especially the sun and city skyline.

Yum. yum yum. No one needs to tell you this is beyond dessert and into the whole next meal. How can anything be better than this collaboration?!
