It seems most of the country is suffering from extreme heat. I believe it got to 105* here today. Hope you are managing to stay cool and hydrated. How about a little exercise in visualizing lower temperatures? This might help.

The weather here in Sydney, Australia is cold. We would like not all that heat but just a little bit. Not that we ever get snow here but we also don’t have central heating and it is cold inside.
I think my temperature lowered about ten degrees just looking at the picture–thank you!
From central Texas, where 75% of our state is in exceptional drought conditions . . .
In Poland it is still raining and raining this year. We are afraid of flood – and last year there was flood worse than anything in last 100 years! The climate on our planet is going each year more weird…

Morning Michelle ! It is the coldest winter we have had in years IMHO and July has had the most rainfall since 1950! Cannot wait for spring. Love to all xo
Lovely misty mornings in the fog and then sun in the afternoon and evenings here on the coast – 20 miles inland they are over 100, but here by the ocean – pure bliss!
Erin in Morro Bay
yes, 109 on the outskirts of Newark was just TOO HOT for every living creature..i ran my sprinklers all day for the birds and the squirrels lol…stay cool, before you know it we will be whining about having to shovel 😉
HA!
yes, it does!
A big tall drink of that, please!
That’s just too funny – because it snowed here this morning for the first time in many, many years. Where my daughter-in-law is it got down to -9 (15.8) overnight. Wish I could send you some.
I dunno, I hate Winter pretty hard… I don’t really love the extreme heat, either, but as long as the AC works and I can stay inside or in the water, I’ll just wait it out 😉
It was 100 in Boulder Colorado yesterday. Even the Frozen-Hot-Chocolate-Ancho-Chile drink straight from Heaven didn’t help much. I hope that you’re in your pool…right now….
Hello
please send some sun over to Belgium !
We have rain in july almost every day and temperatures are between 14 en 20 ° C ( 57,2 ° F and 68° F)…
I’m not complaining… at least we don’t have floods or hurricanes,… I live in my veranda where I create almost every day with a sight on my garden , so I DO have a lot of light… but a little bit more warmth would be nice 🙂
greetings from belgium
Inge
