For some reason this symbol caused a flood of emotions. It simply says it all, no hype, none of the 911 stuff the media puts out that makes me walk away. This impacted my heart. To all of you in America who lost someone and to all of you who experienced the devastation, fear, shock and grief, my heart goes out to you. Bless you all and may something profoundly good and wonderful comes out of that terrible day ten years ago… because if I didn’t believe that God is good and loving, I would have no hope.

This was a difficult day for me… many memories, not all 9/11 related since 10 years ago my mom was not doing well and it was her last hospitalization… so much to remember on that day, my heart was so very heavy.
