Evidence….she's One Hundred years old! It was a terrific party – attended by aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, friends, cousins, kids, grandchildren, great grandchildren. May we all be so lucky to live such a life!

What a lovely and amazing woman. I’m currently reading the book, “The Blue Zones” and it by a National Geographic journalist who pulled together teams of scientists to explore areas throughout the world where they have the highest number of people ages 100 and older. They look into their lifestyles and share strategies for living a long and healthy life. I’m sure we could all learn from Mary!
